Standard untracked delivery by Royal Mail or by courier in 3-5 working days is FREE for all orders over £40, and just £3 for orders under £40.
If you order by 12 noon Mon-Fri we will aim to dispatch that day. We are a very small family business so this at times may not be possible. We will of course dispatch as soon as we can and will notify you of any delays. Orders placed after 12 noon on a Friday or at the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday (unless there is a UK bank holiday). Excludes Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands.
Although we welcome orders from overseas, orders from outside the EU may be subject to additional local taxes or import duties. You will be responsible for any charges and will need to pay them at the time of delivery. If you are unsure of the regulations in your country we please check before you place an order.
Standard untracked delivery to Europe , US and Canada is £8 and the rest of the world is £9.50. If you have a further requirement not mentioned here please let us know via the comments on the cart page or via email at email@example.com .

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Our policy lasts 21 days for full price items. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
We have a 14 day policy for sale items, after this time they cannot be refunded but we can issue a credit note for the purchase value of the returned goods if it is within 21 days of purchase.
Pre-Loved items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are not as described, for more information please see our Sustainable Seconds policy or contact us.
All returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
Garments must be in their original condition.
We can only accept returns for purchases made on Bear & Bugs website.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds will be made to the card used for the original order.
Only the price you have paid shall be exchanged or refunded to you
If you are returning part of your order, the original delivery cost will not be refunded.
When multiple items are bought as part of an offer both items must be returned to be eligible for a refund.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. This will be at the discretion of Bear & Bugs depending on the nature of the return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are returning an item over £20, you should consider using a shipping service that offers tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. You should always obtain proof of postage.
Depending on where you live, the time frame to receive your exchanged product may vary.
We offer no guarantees towards the receiving of your returned item.
To complete your return send us an email first at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can verify your purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We aim to do this within a 5 working day period.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet and it is still within the 5 working days, please wait until the end of this period. If after this point you still do not have your refund, please check with your bank, and send us an email to let us know. We will do our best to ensure that the problem is sorted out as fast as possible.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email first at email@example.com
